Maleficent
Villain
The sorceress who once sought dominion over the worlds now pursues the black box, placing her on the trail of Luxu and the lost masters.
Maleficent is the dark fairy of Enchanted Dominion and one of the Guardians of Light's oldest enemy. After learning about other worlds and the Princesses of Heart, she commanded Heartless and gathered villains to help seize that power. Sora defeated her at Hollow Bastion, but her ambitions survived, and she later returned with Pete as her accomplice.
In Union χ after her first defeat, she traveled into the past and became trapped in a data version of her world. A being called Darkness guided her to Daybreak Town's lifeboat so she could return to her own era. Its here that she learns of the Book of Prophesies and possibly the Black Box.
In Kingdom Hearts III, Maleficent and Pete searched for a black box she believed contained the Book of Prophecies. They eventually watched Luxu reunite with four Foretellers beside the box, giving them a direct lead. Nomura has said she will have an important role in the next saga.
As of right now she has not appeared in any release footage.
