Cloaked Woman
A mysterious watcher
An unidentified woman seen in Quadratum overlooking the Heartless threat.
The cloaked woman appears in Kingdom Hearts IV's Quadratum footage. We don't know anything specifically about who she is though there are clues.
This is what she says in the Trailer
The structure of this world is incredibly complex. At first, there were no manifestations of what we know as light and darkness. But our arrival here brought those concepts with us— the darkness given physical form only after we defined it.
Below is mere informed Speculation.
So far we have only seen Keyblade wielders appear in Quadratum from "Reality". When she refers to "our arrival" it could mean other keyblade wielders in general or even the other Foretellers. With Luxu confirmed to be in Quadratum it is very likely the others are there as well. If it is a Foreteller it would narrow it down to two, Invi, or more likely Ava.
