Master of Masters
The mastermind behind everything
The author of the Book of Prophecies and the central figure in the Lost Master Saga
The Master of Masters is the enigmatic Keyblade Master who trained six apprentices in Daybreak Town. He made five of them Foretellers, entrusted them with copies of the Book of Prophecies, and gave each apprentice a role to carry out before disappearing. The book's knowledge came from his Gazing Eye, placed in the Keyblade No Name and carried into the future through Luxu's assignment.
Union χ reveals that his larger objective is to defeat the ancient, formless entities called Darkness. His plan is to use hearts strong enough to contain them, including his own and those of his apprentices, giving the enemies forms that can be destroyed. It is hard to truly tell if he is a hero or a villain.
He also met young Xehanort during his solo travels to explore the worlds, encouraging a journey into darkness . He appears at the end of KHIII's Secret Ending standing atop a building in Quadratum with his hands making a heart over the moon.
He is set to play a pivotal role in this next saga and is likely the namesake of it, Lost Master Arc.
