Xion
Replica
A replica who drains the memories of Sora.
Xion is a Replica created by Vexen for the purpose of leaching Sora's memories in hopes of harnessing his power for Organization XIII's purposes. She was made shortly after Roxas was born. She initially had no face but as time went on was able to form her own identity, resembling Kairi from Sora's memories. She would at times take on the appearance of others, for instance Xigbar saw her as Ventus, because Ventus' heart was within Sora, and Xigbar had met Ventus a few times before. She was given the role as the 14th member of Organization XIII. She was given the name of Xion, this means no. i (imaginery number) along with the signature X of the Organization.
Her first year of life involved learning how to use a Keyblade, and uncovering the secrets of her origin and connection to Sora. At the end of days, she would meet with her friends Roxas and Axel at the Twilight Town clock tower where they would eat Sea Salt ice cream. In was through this friendship that she was able to form a heart of her own.
Near the end of this year, she had multiple run-ins with Riku and Naminé where she learned that she was unintentionally leaching the memories of a sleeping Sora. She left the organization and spent some time trying to decide what she was going to do. Xion realized that the only way to stop the Organization was to force Roxas into combat where he ultimately killed her. In quite possibly the saddest part of the series, she turned to crystal and died. In her dying moments she told him to destroy the artificial Kingdom Hearts and all Sora's memories went to Roxas.
After this everyone lost their memories of her. She was able to return when Vexen found notes referencing her existence. He was able to reconstruct her, but she did not gain fully regain her heart and memories until fighting against Sora. After being restored she turned on the new Organization XIII and fought alongside the Guardians of Light.
As of right now we don't know if she will appear in KHIV.
