King Mickey
Playable · Keyblade Master
Disney Castle's king and Keyblade Master, Mickey investigates Scala ad Caelum for knowledge that could help bring Sora back.
King Mickey is the ruler of Disney Castle and a Keyblade Master trained under Yen Sid. His search for the source of the Heartless crisis led him into the Realm of Darkness, where he helped Sora and Riku close the Door to Darkness. He later became a trusted mentor and companion to Riku as they protected the Worlds from Organization XIII
Mickey carries the burden of earlier failures, especially being unable to bring Aqua home from the Realm of Darkness. In Kingdom Hearts III he and Riku renewed that rescue effort. He is one of the 7 Guardians of Light and was crucial in the fight against Xehanort.
At the end of Melody of Memory, Yen Sid sends Mickey to Scala ad Caelum to investigate what the ancient Keyblade Masters knew about the world beyond their reality. In Kingdom Hearts IV Mickey will be playable within the Scala ad Caelum Library's numerous books, including origami transformations and puzzles.
