Yozora
Not Sora
The mysterious hero Sora knows from a video game, who appears in Quadratum and claims that he has been told to save Sora.
Yozora first appears as the hero of Verum Rex, the game advertised in KHIII's Toy Box. The secret movie then shows him watching Riku from a skyscraper in the city later identified as Quadratum.
In Re Mind, Sora meets him in the Final World. He remembers the Nameless Star's story of a man and connects Yozora to that man. Yozora says he has undergone trials and been told to save Sora, but questions Sora's identity and challenges him.
The battle leads to different outcomes, including Sora's crystallization if he loses. Yozora subsequently awakens in a car. You can read more about this in the Lore Section under KHIII Secret Ending.
He is inspired by Noctis from the cancelled Final Fantasy Versus XIII, drawing heavily from trailer footage for that game.
