Strelitzia
Dandelion
Lauriam's younger sister and a lost Union leader from the age of fairy tales, Strelitzia becomes Sora's first guide to life in Quadratum.
Strelitzia was a shy Keyblade wielder in Daybreak Town in the Age of Fairytales. Her older brother Lauriam, later known as Marluxia, encouraged her to make friends and trust her own abilities. Master Ava selected her for the Dandelions, the wielders meant to survive the coming Keyblade War, and secretly chose her as one of their five new Union leaders.
Before she could take that role, Strelitzia tried to find the player character (Union χ) and persuade them to escape the war by joining the Dandelions. But before she could do this, Darkness killed her and manipulated Ventus into taking her rulebook and her place among the leaders.
In Kingdom Hearts IV, Strelitzia welcomes Sora to Quadratum and describes it as an afterworld for people like them. She is associated the city's Dandelion Dispatch and fights alongside Sora during the Heartless crisis.
While not explicitly spelled out, it is implied that Strelitzia (or at the very least her data self) is the True Dandelion, meant to be a seed of light planted in the Future.
